That’s why I created Enneagram Awakening: A 6 month Team Building & Leadership Facilitation program!

We begin with a combination of assessment & conversation to identify each team member's Enneagram type to get clear on each individuals leadership & communication style. We then move on to two interactive facilitations one that engages practical use of Enneagram type at work & a second that looks at our Instinctual Biases uncovering where our attention goes without realizing it. I then observe a team meeting where you all are making decisions together, and write up a report detailing the communication gaps that are interfering with the creation of a collaborative work environment. Lastly we wrap up with 1:1 Executive Coaching calls that take what we learned about your Enneagram type and apply it to your goals for leadership & growth. Practical, fun, effective!

I’m Liora Mascal Elias, PhD — The Enneagram Dr — a certified Enneagram practitioner and Communication PhD who trains therapists and service oriented teams to integrate the Enneagram ethically and effectively.

The Enneagram gives you a clear lens to:

Tailor communication with greater accuracy and empathy.
Hold space for your team and client base in a way that fosters safety, trust, and growth.
